The internet evaluation module is a unique RevIQ feature that enables you to download live Real Estate data including property data, sales history and comparable sales directly into your software.

Internet Evaluations can be obtained with a data subscription, or if you do not have a data subscription they can be obtained on an ad-hoc or ‘casual’ basis. However the price of an internet evaluation is cheaper with a data subscription.

RevIQ provides data in every state of Australia except Tasmania.  The nature of the data provided depends on what is permissible in each state. You can get more information on this feature, and view sample reports here.

There is only one version of RevIQ. This version is an ‘Australasian’ version and has been designed specifically for the Australian and New Zealand Real Estate Investment markets. You can switch from NZ mode to AU mode, and vice versa at any time so that if you invest in both countries you can use a single version of RevIQ for your international property portfolio.
