19 June 2007. RevIQ Version 3.1 Released
RevIQ Version 3.1 has been released, included in this version is a Lease
Option Projection view for your properties as well as several bug fixes.
This upgrade is currently only available to registered, active RevIQ users.
There are currently 2 update files;
A 105 Mb upgrade from versions 2.3 and prior, and a 7 Mb upgrade from version 3.0.

25 March 2007. RevIQ Version 3.0 Released
RevIQ Version 3.0 has been released primarily to remain compatible with
Microsoft's Vista (r) operating system. It features an upgraded database engine.
This upgrade is currently only available to registered, active RevIQ users as an
internet download (70 Mb) here

30 June 2006. RevIQ Version 2.1 Released
The major new feature of version 2.1 is a new-look start page, incorporating a graph
of interest rate trends.
In addition the following enhancements were made:
- Internet Evaluation Module. You can now search for properties by Lot/Plan
number
- Internet Evaluation Module. Columns of data in the search wizard
are now sortable
- Internet Evaluation Module. Data is now returned for
the state of Victoria, Australia. Note that reports generated for Victoria
are limited in the amount of data that can be displayed due to Privacy Law requirements
for the state of Victoria
- Property Module. You can set the percentage
of profit subject to tax in the property trading view.

2 June 2006 | RevIQ Version 2.0 released
Version 2.0 is a major upgrade
Key features of this new version are:

- Auto-update feature, future upgrades to RevIQ can now be done from within the software

9 December 2005 | RevIQ Version 1.5 released
Version 1.5 includes Report Enhancements
This version contains many reporting enhancements, including a brand new report,
the one page property summary report. This version also supports the importing of
properties downloaded directly from the Richmastery Property Deals website.

24th August 2005 | RevIQ Version 1.3 released
Version 1.3 includes Interest rates Module!
RevIQ is pleased to announce that we have released RevIQ version 1.3. The most significant
new feature in this version is the addition of the interest rates module.

5th April 2005 | RevIQ Version 1.2
Includes the long awaited Online Property Evaluation Module.

This proud moment is a major event for us at RevIQ as we can finally bring this
exciting and long awaited feature online to our customers. It is yet another outstanding
feature that makes RevIQ a truly revolutionary breakthrough in Investment software!
IMPORTANT - You must be already using
the RevIQ version 1.1 to be able to upgrade to the Internet Evaluation version of
RevIQ (version 1.2).
- To tell what version of RevIQ you are using start RevIQ and select ‘About' from
the Help menu.
- To upgrade to the Internet Evaluation version simply start RevIQ. RevIQ's
‘auto-update' feature will automatically detect that a new version is available
on the web. Choose ‘Install Now' and RevIQ will download and install the update.
This may take several minutes over a dial-up connection.
- Remember, you will not be able to use internet evaluations until your signed Data
Supply contract has been sent to us and activated by RP Data. This should
be within a few days of you sending it.
- If you have not yet upgraded to version 1.1 Click Here to upgrade
your installation .

RevIQ Version 1.1 is here and includes two major new features:
- Backup / Restore functionality, enabling you to back up your RevIQ database to a
safe storage location.
- Automatic updating. Enabling you to receive updates to your RevIQ software automatically.
